Have you ever noticed that juicing carrots is a task not completable without ending up looking like a christmas tree with dandruff? Tiny particles of carrot attach themselves to everything you come in contact with and can't be rubbed off. Now I have to be really good because if I commit a crime, CSI will have me in prison before I have time to sratch my bum.

My hands are now not quite as orange anymore from carrot OD.

I often am asked to translate Aussie words into Canadian. The latest was tosser and wanker. I referred to the beautiful boys of the West Darling pub in Broken Hill. FYI: A tosser is someone who uses the pick-up line "Every girl I've ever been with has had an abortion". A wanker on the other hand will use the same pick-up line, with not a single chemical or gram of poison in his bloodstream, and then smile at you like he wants you to have his babies. True story!

Robot talk for today:

Interval training - 18.5km 3 times around lake. %maxHR = 91% Bad.

Blah blah. After 2 hours running I -

-Jumped in car to Edmonton.
-Cleared out sports and supplement shops
-Got up to mischief with my crazy psycho flatmate
-Ice skated at West Edmonton Mall
-SHOPPED like my fingernails were on fire

Hmm. Truth be told, my little sister won the Qld Best of Brass champs yesterday, so my ice skating fat exhausted pickle possibly isn't the most exciting story you'll hear all day. Somehow, my JJ girl has managed to win the A grade nationals, B grade nationals, and B grade states in 3 different bands within the span of a year. How does she do it? Nobody knows!
